Floor coatings are only as good as the preparation underneath
A good-looking coating that lets go of the concrete is still a failed floor. We mechanically grind the slab to remove weak surface material and create the profile required for adhesion. Cracks, spalls, contamination and moisture concerns are assessed before the decorative system goes down.
Every floor is different. New slabs, old garages, farm shops and basement concrete can require different repair and coating choices. We recommend the system based on the slab, traffic, exposure and the finish you want—not whichever bucket is easiest to sell.
Available flooring systems
Full-broadcast flake floors
A practical, high-traction finish for garages, shops, utility areas and commercial rooms. Decorative flake hides normal dust and minor visual imperfections while a durable clear topcoat makes the surface easier to clean.
Metallic epoxy floors
A custom flowing finish suited to showrooms, finished basements, offices, retail spaces and feature rooms. Each metallic floor is hand-worked, so movement and pattern are unique rather than printed or repeated.
Solid-colour and quartz systems
Solid-colour systems create a clean, uniform look. Quartz systems add texture and build for commercial, wash-down and higher-demand environments. The right topcoat is selected for traffic, chemicals, cleanability and appearance.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an epoxy floor cost?
Price depends on square footage, slab condition, repairs, coating system and travel. Photos and dimensions can provide a starting range; an on-site assessment produces the proper quote.
Can you coat an old or damaged garage floor?
Often, yes. Loose concrete, contamination, moisture, cracks and previous coatings must be assessed first. Some slabs need substantial preparation or repair before coating.
How long does installation take?
Many standard projects take multiple visits over two to four days, depending on the system, temperature, repairs and cure windows. The written quote will set out the expected schedule.
Is polyaspartic better than epoxy?
They do different jobs. Epoxy provides build and working time; polyaspartic products can offer faster cure and strong UV or wear performance. A complete system can use both where each performs best.
